About

Tyler, The Creator is a rapper, producer and fashion designer from Hawthorne, California. Born Tyler Gregory Okonma, the artist got his start in the late 2000s as the frontman and co-founder of the alternative hip-hop collective Odd Future. In 2011, he released his debut solo album, Goblin, two years after dropping his mixtape Bastard. Solo albums that followed include Wolf (2013), Cherry Bomb (2015), Flower Boy (2017), Igor (2019) and Call Me If You Get Lost (2021). Additionally, Tyler, The Creator has produced songs for the likes of Mac Miller, Kali Uchis, Frank Ocean, Solange Knowles, SZA, A$AP Rocky and more. Tyler, The Creator is set to release his seventh album, Chromakopia, on October 28, 2024, after which he will embark on a sprawling North American tour throughout much of 2025.

    When “EARFQUAKE” started, I nearly cried. The lights, the synths, his vocals—it was everything. Tyler poured so much emotion into it. It felt like we were inside Igor’s heart. Easily one of the most powerful moments of the night.

    Tyler put on a great show . I just wished I could’ve seen it. Limited view was essentially no view of the actual stage and even the screen was hard to see . But the worst aspect was being behind the speakers . The songs were inaudible which was upsetting. I seriously considered putting my ear buds in to play the songs through my phone. Those tickets should of never been available to purchase. Better luck next time I guess.
