Yob continues to put on an epic show that cannot easily be explained without witnessing it. Spiritual experience via heavy riffs and thick lower end, it is amazing that three individuals are capable of delivering such an event. See this band. YobisLove
Yob has been an autistic hyper-fixation for me since April 2022, when I first discovered the band. Since then, I have been listening to them for hours a day as a running auditory stim. I was hoping their show would be good, and I was not disappointed! With a setlist of six songs, they played close to an hour and a half. While there were some tunes I would love to see them play, this evening’s set featured at least one tune from each of their first six albums. If you have the chance to see Yob, go see them.
While this was my sixth time seeing Yob in almost 10 years, I think this was the best set I've seen them play yet. At almost 90 minutes, they instantly had the crowd under their control and I know I was smiling from ear to ear throughout their show. Pallbearer and Faetooth kept the Teragram Ballroom rumbling from the first note until the very end and it was a great sold-out show to start the weekend with.
The bands were great, the venue was pretty perfect, the sound was superb. 10/10 would see all the bands again, 10/10 would go to this venue again.
Pallbearer opened and crushed it, couldnt believe how good they were live. Yob is love nothing else to say, eat shrooms and enjoy
This show was rad. Flat out solid show. Cave in and YOB both brought high energy sets with veteran ease. Spirit is an outstanding venu nothing bad to say about this place and have been to multiple shows there.
Spirit is an awesome venue. The live nation $25 all in Tix were great snag for this show, it was worth a lot more , but sadly another Pittsburgh show on a wed night. The bands all rocked. High energy long sets. If you know YOB then they did 6 songs for a total of one and a half hours.
Yob played with energy and like they wanted to be there. While i did not purchase any, i thought the venue selling pizza was helpful. Many club shows only have drinks so the food option was nice to have
I came for opening band Acid King and they were awesome.
