Evanescence Concert Schedule and Tour
Rock group Evanescence, initially formed in 1994 by Amy Lee and Ben Moody, released three EPs before the end of the 90s and an album called Origin. By 2002 they were signed to Wind-Up Records and expanded the line-up to include musicians John LeCompt, Will Boyd and Rocky Gray. In 2003 they released their first official album, Fallen, which sold over 15 million copies. Evanescence released a live album, Anywhere But Home, in 2004. This was followed by Open Door in 2006, which sold one million copies in its first week. The band then waited five years to release their third album, the self-titled Evanescence. The band has toured extensively across the world. Their 2012 world tour took in a number of dates in the UK, South America , North America, Australia, China, Japan and Indonesia. The band has received five Grammy nominations and has won two awards for Best New Artist and Best Hard Rock Performance. Other accolades for the band include a Los Premios MTV award, a MTV Australia Video Music Award, a NRJ Music Award, two Teen Choice Awards and a World Music Award. Amy Lee was awarded the National Music Publishers' Association's Songwriter Icon Award in 2008. The bands line-up has varied with a number of members leaving at various stages in their history. One of the founding members, Ben Moody, left in the middle of their European tour in 2003. He was replaced by Terry Balsamo. In 2005, Will Boyd also left, with Tim McCord joining in 2006. During their 2007 tour, John LeCompt was fired and Rocky Gray decided to quit. These two members were replaced by Troy Lawham and Will Hunt. Evanescence's lead singer Amy Lee has worked on a number of other projects. Her version of “Sally's Song" was included on the soundtrack for Disney's The Nightmare Before Christmas. Her collaborations with other artists have included “Freak on a Leash" single and Seether's Broken, which was featured on the soundtrack for The Punisher. She has also performed on tracks for David Hodges, Big Dismal and The Damning Well.

I’ve been to this venue a few times before and to say I was unimpressed is an understatement, because the lack os bathrooms was simply appalling. I am not sure what happened, if they closed bathrooms or whatever… because I’ve been to more crowded shows and have never been so long in a line for the bathroom. Sincerely disappointing…
Evanescence was complete fire! The sound, the performance, Amy’s voice, everything was amazing! Even if they didn’t have a screen behind them, they did put some boxes with lights and it looked very epic. I would definitely go again!
The Warning, Halestorm, and Evanescence each put on an amazing concert. First time seeing The Warning, Halestorm, and Evanescence live. Looking forward to seeing them again soon. I hope The Warning gets to play a one-hour show instead of only thirty minutes next time.
Be aware no dancing if you’re in seats otherwise security will ask you to sit at a rock concert!!
I'm a fan of Evanescence. The concert was great. They did an amazing job and I had a really fun time. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was the venue. The seating was uncomfortable. I was sitting on metal bleachers and they jammed so many people into a row there was no room to move. At the start I was constantly bumping into the people on each side of me. Luckily about a 3rd of the way through the show, someone in my row got up and moved to a different spot which made it better. Even with that person gone it was still tight. There were other sections that were completely empty and I would have gotten up and moved if the other person hadn't done that. I think they could do better at dispersing the seating. I would certainly like to see Evanescence again, but I don't know that I would want to go back to the Nugget Center in Sparks.
Such an amazing performance!! Amy's voice was flawless 😍 Halestorm killed it too. Lzzys voice also blew me away. I don't think The Warning will be the opening act for long.
Evanescence strung together songs in this seamless storyline that took you on incredible a 20 year journey with them. Halestorm absolutely killed it with amazing these metal jazz riffs that is nothing like you will get outside a live performance. The Warning was the perfect starting act to set the scene for this incredible night with their powerhouse vocals and guitar riffs. Absolutely an incredible night.
Evanescence was great, but The Warning and Halestorm were worth the price of admission have some new fans now! Lzzy is a true force to be reckoned with live. Holy moly.
Been wanting to see her for the past 11-12 years, finally made my dream come true, and was not disappointed! She supports women in rock which means everything to me, the support! She's awesome!
