About

A former linebacker for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a one-time NASCAR pit crew member, Chase Rice's entry into country music was no wild card. Rice broke through the scene in 2010 with the group Florida Georgia Line before self-recording and releasing the EP,Country as Me, in 2011 via his label Dack Janiels Music. A full-length album, Dirt Road Communion,followed in 2012, featuring the hit single “How She Rolls.” Rice's relentless touring earned him an impressive following of country music fans before he eventually signed with Triple 8 Management, home to the Eli Young Band. His latest EP, Ready Set Roll debuts on October 15, 2013.

  • Worst concert we’ve ever been to

    He was just okay didn’t play a lot of his more popular songs even if they are older ones was disappointed he didn’t play but 3 songs of his that have been on the radio and not my favorite song of his which is why I bougt the tickets “ride” wouldn’t go back and see him….

    I was quite disappointed with the Chase Rice concert. He only played for about 90 minutes and did sing many of his most famous songs. I had been wanting to see him for years and kind of wish I would’ve just left it at that. The venue, Rose Music Center in Huber Heights Oh, was amazing though. I will certainly be looking for other concerts there. It was incredibly clean and all staff were so friendly. I highly recommend attending a show there.

    Venue is nice but, sound / accoustics are not great. Drake White was very difficult to understand and Chase Rice wasn't much better. Lots of people "talking"around me made it hard to enjoy what I could hear. Chase Rice ended his show taking selfies in the Pit area while we all waited to see if he was going to sing another song. Very odd way to close out the show. No encore. Thankfully parking was easy in/out and no lines for restrooms or concessions.

    Got to meet Chase during his VIP experience. Even saw him outside the venue cause his tour bus was parked in front of the venue. This probably wasn't the venue's fault but we never got our signed laminate that was included in the experience. But the show was fun. He played his hits and interacted with the crowd. He sang some unreleased stuff during the VIP experience which was pretty cool. Tori, the woman on the fiddle, stole the show as well as his band. Pony Bradshaw as the opener was very solid. Merch and coat check was very smooth. Definitely see him for a good time.

    WENT TO CHASE RICE'S SHOW ON 05/12/24 @ THE LA COUNTY FAIR. IT WAS AN EXCELLENT SHOW, THE SOUND WAS GREAT AND HE PUT ON A GREAT SHOW WITH SOME COOL PERSONAL STORIES.
